REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT
If a handler decides to withdraw from the Palmetto Chapter Test, NO REFUNDS will be given. The only exception is a letter from a veterinarian accompanied by veterinary records for the explanation of withdrawal.
Individuals on the waiting list who withdraw while still on the waitlist, or who do not get to run, will be refunded.
To be removed from the waiting list for a full refund, you must withdraw before November 1, 2026. After this date, an $80.00 fee will be applied.
