Time to develop your training goals for fall hunting and testing!
Florida Palmetto chapter offers 2 sanctioned tests per year. We host a spring and fall test for natural ability and utility versatile dogs. Participants have to be NAVHDA members and their dogs registered with NAVHDA.
These tests have a lot of working parts from the dog owner to the chapter planning the event. Every chapter has a lead that organizes the test for their chapter. The Palmetto chapter is looking for that lead for 2025. That lead; The Director of Testing, would assist with the fall 2024 test which is November 9/10 weekend and assume the 2025 Spring and fall test. The Director works with the BOD, test secretary, hosting facility and members to organize this event. Interested leaders would need to be NAVHDA and Palmetto chapter members, knowledge of the testing requirements and preferably have participated in a recent Test and aims clinic. If you are interested and have not taken the clinic we are offering the clinic this weekend.
