Thank you, Palmetto Chapter, for being such a fun group to work with. Last weekend, we offered non-chapter members the opportunity to join us and see what training is all about. We had a great training morning with many enthusiastic dogs and their humans! We had a “Dirty Dog” hot dog lunch followed by a drawing for our raffle tickets! Fletch and Gaylon amazingly won the bottle of Blanton’s! Nikki and Rob won the canine first aid kit that hangs nicely on their UTV! Randi won the laser-carved knife and dummy launcher! Great job, all! We returned to water work, and then we had an excellent potluck in which we honored one of our members with a birthday cake for spending her day with us, along with homemade ice cream!
Next training is Saturday, June 7, at QHF. We will start at 7am. Sign-up is now available in the store. Think about what your goals are for this training session and let us know! Please purchase by Thursday the 5th as it helps us plan. Sign up is available now. We plan on breaking for lunch at noon, like last weekend, come sit down and enjoy some grub with us!
